Valentine (Val) Dzvova is a Chartered Accountant CA (SA), Certified Internal Auditor and holds the ACMA CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation. She has more than 15 years executive experience. Behind the letters though, is a down to earth, vibrant, energetic intellectual, whose rise from humble roots brings with it an empathy, compassion and understanding for the human condition, whilst being grounded in gratitude and reality.
She’s a whiz at numbers and a stickler for detail, dotting all the ‘I’s and crossing all the ‘T’s. When combined with her strong inter-personal skills, steady moral compass, vision and forthrightness, Val is a valuable asset in guiding AEEI and its underlying subsidiaries, including espAfrika, into the future.
Known for ‘getting the job done, well and on time,’ Val is a driven individual with unbridled enthusiasm for what she does. Whilst many would find the current market conditions severely daunting, Val’s innate ability to spot future commercial opportunities, and to empower and enable those around her, is helping to lead the Group forward as an investment holding organisation on a very sound footing.
Val lives her work and personal life by the philosophy: Be present in the moment – pay attention, have patience to realise the desired results and be the best at whatever she is called to do.
